It seems that Labour claim that they can stop another referendum, yet it's not in their manifesto....

The National newspaper had this story in the paper today, so I decided to look at Labour's manifesto:

Nope, there is nothing in there about stopping another referendum.

This got me thinking, if they think they have the authority to stop another Scottish Referendum, why are they not saying that they'd stop an EU Referendum.

Surely it would be up to the SNP to add this to their 2016 manifesto, then it would be up to the people of Scotland to decide whether they'd like a referendum or not?

Ed Miliband doesn't seem to think so.....
