The legislation that established the current Scottish and Welsh parliaments are the Scotland Act 1998 and the Government of Wales Act 2006.

The government can now use their executive powers to modify both pieces of legislation without a vote in parliament, through Clause 7 of the EU Withdrawal Bill.
