According a US news report and fundraising page, a man was robbed after drowning during his honeymoon in Hawaii. Thieves allegedly took the couple’s car, phones, wallets and clothing while bystanders attempted to help. Despite receiving CPR and medical attention, the man tragically passed away.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to support his family, raising over $36,000 towards the goal of $40,000 for funeral expenses. The incident is currently under investigation, and comments have been sought from Honolulu police, GoFundMe and Apple.
